Day 1
Arrival in Lukla & Trek to Phakding
• Activity: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 m), the gateway to the Everest region. Begin the trek to Phakding (2,610 m).
• Trek Duration: 3-4 hours.
• Highlights: Scenic flight to Lukla, stunning views of mountains, and the Dudh Koshi River valley.

Day 2
• Activity: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), the bustling hub of the Everest region.

Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

Day 4
Tengboche to Everest Base Camp & Return to Gorak Shep
