Itinerary Breakdown

Day 1

Arrival in Hanoi

    • Morning: Arrive in Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital. Check-in to your hotel.
    • Afternoon: Explore Hanoi Old Quarter, visit the Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Ngoc Son Temple.
    • Evening: Watch a traditional Water Puppet Show, and enjoy Hanoi’s famous street food like Pho and Bun Cha.

Sightseeing
    • Morning: Depart early for a 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay.
    • Afternoon: Board a cruise to explore Halong Bay’s stunning limestone karsts and islands. Enjoy kayaking, swimming, or visiting a cave.
    • Evening: Overnight on the cruise.

    • Morning: Continue exploring Halong Bay and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese breakfast on board.
    • Afternoon: Return to Hanoi.

    • Morning: Travel to Hanoi and take a flight to Hue.
    • Afternoon: Visit the Imperial City (Citadel), the Forbidden Purple City, and the Tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh.
    • Evening: Stroll along the Perfume River or enjoy local dishes like Bun Bo Hue.

    • Morning: Drive from Hue to Hoi An (about 3 hours), passing through the scenic Hai Van Pass.
    • Afternoon: Explore the Ancient Town of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Old House, and the Ancient Town’s beautiful streets.
    • Evening: Enjoy a lantern-lit evening in Hoi An. Don’t miss local specialties like Cao Lau and White Rose dumplings.
       
Sightseeing
    • Morning: Fly from Da Nang (near Hoi An) to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).
    • Afternoon: Visit the War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, and Notre-Dame Cathedral.
    • Evening: Explore Ben Thanh Market and the lively streets of District 1.

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • Travel Insurance if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

 

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)...
